ROTISSERIE CHICKEN SEASONING
INGREDIENTS
INSTRUCTIONS
- 2 tbs kosher salt (see NOTES)
- 2 tbs high-quality smoked paprika
- 3 tsp onion powder
- 1½ tsp garlic powder
- 3 tsp thyme
- 1½ tsp black pepper
- 3 tsp white pepper
- 1½ tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp crushed dry rosemary -OR- crushed dried tarragon (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix all ingredients and store in a tightly sealed jar. Don't store in direct light.
