No-Bake Keto Peanut Butter Pie

- ½ cup Butter, Softened
- ⅓ cup Almond Butter, no sugar added
- ½ cup Powdered Lakanto Sweetener {save 20% with my link and code "fitmomjourney"}
- ½ cup Cocoa Powder
- ¾ cup Almond Flour {I used this brand}
For The Filling;
- 8 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
- ⅓ cup no sugar added Peanut Butter
- ½ cup Lakanto Powdered Sweetener
- 1½ cups Heavy Whipping Cream
INSTRUCTIONS
- To make the crust: In a mixing bowl, combine the softened butter, almond butter, ½ cup Powdered Lakanto Sweetener, and cocoa powder. Cream together until smooth. Beat in the Almond Flour. The mixture will become very stiff to work work.
- Turn the crust mixture into a greased springform pan. Then, grease the flat bottom of a measuring cup and press the crust down evenly into the bottom of the pan. Set in the refrigerator to chill while you prepare the filling.
- To make the filling: In a clean mixing bowl, cream the cream cheese, peanut butter, and ½ cup Powdered Lakanto Sweetener until smooth.
