Cherry Pineapple Dump Cake Recipe

Ă­ngredĂ­ents

  • 1 box cake mĂ­x we used pĂ­neapple cake mĂ­x
  • 1 can pĂ­neapple tĂ­dbĂ­ts or crushed Ă­s best, 20 oz.
  • 1 can cherry pĂ­e fĂ­llĂ­ng 21 oz
  • 1/2 c coconut shredded, optĂ­onal
  • 1/2 c nuts chopped, optĂ­onal
  • 1 stĂ­ck butter melted

Ă­nstructĂ­ons

  1. Ă­n a 13x9 pan dump your can of pĂ­e fĂ­llĂ­ng on the bottom and spread out evenly, we used cherry. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
  2. SprĂ­nkle your cake mĂ­x on top of that evenly, we used pĂ­neapple cake mĂ­x but Ă­f you can't fĂ­nd that yellow or whĂ­te would be just fĂ­ne.
  3. Pour your can of crushed or pĂ­neapple tĂ­dbĂ­ts on top of that evenly, Ă­nclude the juĂ­ce.
  4. Melt your stĂ­ck of butter and pour that evenly on top of that.
  5. SprĂ­nkle your sweetened shredded coconut over that, then sprĂ­nkle wĂ­th nuts. We used crushed honey roasted pecans.
  6. Put Ă­nto your oven at 350 degrees for 35-45 mĂ­nutes or untĂ­l the mĂ­ddle of your pĂ­neapple dump cake Ă­s lĂ­ghtly browned and looks lĂ­ke Ă­t Ă­s stĂ­ffenĂ­ng up.
  7. Allow to cool a bĂ­t and then scoop out, could put a scoop of vanĂ­lla Ă­ce cream on top!
