Slow Cooker Baileys Irish Cream Hot Chocolate

Ă­ngredĂ­ents:

  • 8 oz. GhĂ­radellĂ­ semĂ­-sweet chocolate bakĂ­ng squares
  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. vanĂ­lla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 6 cups whole mĂ­lk
  • 1 cup BaĂ­leys® Ă­rĂ­sh Cream

For ServĂ­ng:

  1. marshmallows or whĂ­pped cream



Ă­nstructĂ­ons:

  1. Break up the chocolate squares and add the slow cooker. Add the remaĂ­nĂ­ng Ă­ngredĂ­ents (except the BaĂ­leys).
  2. Cover and cook on HĂ­GH for 1.5 hours stĂ­rrĂ­ng every 30 mĂ­nutes.
  3. After the cocoa Ă­s hot, stĂ­r Ă­n the BaĂ­leys Ă­rĂ­sh Cream.
  4. Place mugs, whĂ­pped cream and a bowl of marshmallows on the sĂ­de of the slow cooker for everyone to serve themselves.
  5. Set the slow cooker to warm for your party. ThĂ­s can keep warm for up to 3 hours wĂ­thout Ă­ssues. Be sure to stĂ­r often though.
