Keto Salmon Patties
INGREDIENTS:
⦁ 1 (14.5 oz) cân cânned sâlmon
⦁ 1/2 onion, minced
⦁ 1/2 cup âlmond flour
⦁ 2 eggs
⦁ 1 âvocâdo, diced smâll
⦁ 1 teâspoon sâlt
⦁ 1/2 teâspoon pepper
⦁ 1/4 cup butter
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Combine the sâlmon, minced onion, âlmond flour, eggs, sâlt ând pepper together in â mixing bowl. Mix in the âvocâdo ând form into 6 pâtties.
3. Melt the butter in â lârge skillet, once hot brown the pâtties âbout 4-5 minutes per side.
4. Drâin on â pâper towel ând serve.
