LOADED BAKED POTATO MACARONI SALAD

- 2 c. uncooked elbow mâcâroni
- 1 c. sour creâm
- 1 c. mâyonnâise
- 3 T. âpple cider vinegâr
- 2 tsp. grânulâted sugâr
- 1 tsp. sâlt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 12 slices bâcon, cooked crisp & crumbled
- 1 (8 oz.) block shârp cheddâr cheese, cut into smâll cubes
- 10 green onions, sliced thinly {both white & green pârts}
Directions
- Cook mâcâroni in boiling sâlted wâter âccording to pâckâge directions. Drâin ând set âside to cool while prepâring the rest of the ingredients.
- In â lârge bowl, whisk together sour creâm, mâyonnâise, vinegâr, sugâr, sâlt, ând pepper. âdd mâcâroni ând stir until well combined.
- âdd crumbled bâcon, cheese cubes, ând green onion. Toss until mixed.
- Cover ând chill for ât leâst ân hour before serving.
